Email Setup:

If this is the first time you have used Outlook or Outlook Express on your computer the wizard will start up automatically and you can start entering the information from the step three (3). If it's not the first time or you have another email account that you previously used with Outlook or Outlook Express then follow the all the steps.

1.  After open Outlook or Outlook Express got to the “Tools” menu and select the

“Accounts “ options.

 

2. Then click and hold down the "Add" button and from the menu that appears beside it select "Mail" That will start the Wizard to set up your E-mail account.
3. After the wizard starts you'll need to enter your Display name: The display name will appear in the "from" of any email that you send.
4. You will enter in your E-mail address.  You email address is usually your user name followed by “@pracon.net”

5. Type in the incoming and out going server addresses.

  The incoming mail is

“pop3.pracon.net”

   The outgoing mail is

“smtp.pracon.net”

 

6.  Type in your user name and password into the proper fields and then click “Next”
7. Click Finish.  After this window closes, your email should be set up.
