When clicked to this section the Web mail automatically checks the server for new messages and downloads them to the system. It displays all the messages in the particular folder. You can move and delete the messages. You can also go to a selected folder and when clicked on the subject of a message the particular message will be displayed. When the option delete messages on server is set, messages will be deleted only after a new message retrieval.


When viewing a message you can download attachments or you can manipulate the message, add new address book items or print the message.

Reply and Reply All
When clicked this button the message will be replied and the compose message page will be displayed with the particular e-mail addresses and the previous commented message. When pressed the Reply All button the message will be also sent to all of the recipients it has been previously sent to.

Delete & Reply
When clicked this button the message will be replied and once you press the Send button the original message will be deleted.

Forward
By selecting this button the compose message page will appear and when sent the message the previous message will be attached so the receiver of the new message will get the original message as well. It is a standard forwarding of messages.

Move To
You can move the message to any folder.

Go To
You can get back to the message list window to this folder.

Next
By pressing the button, a next message in the list will be displayed so you do not have to return back to the folder and select the next message manually.

Delete
This will delete the message. It will either delete the message or move it to the Trash folder regarding to the option Move Deleted Messages To Trash in user's Settings.

Print
You can print the message. A new blank background with no menu page will be displayed. Just click enter to proceed the printing.


In this page you can compose your new messages, add attachments, specify the Cc and Bcc, and any message properties. When switched on the option Save Copy To Sent Folder the message will be saved to the Sent folder. When switched on the Return Receipt option the message will contain the Return Receipt To header with the proper reply address. Save To Drafts option will make this message to be saved into the Drafts folder and will not send the message. You can then later open the message, edit and send it. When Sent As Html you can compose the message using HTML styles.


In this page you can manage your folders: add, modify and delete them. You can also see how many messages reside in each folder and you can fast move to any of the folders.


In this section you can manage your private address book and groups. You can add, modify and delete the items. You can also quickly click and write a new message to the e-mail address of the item. You can also import another Address Book here. The address book must have the CSV format (, separated). Groups will help you to manage long list mailing. You can create a group and insert there any e-mail addresses separated by new lines or semicolons. Then in the Compose window just type in the [Group Name].


Signature
In this section you can define your signature which will be by default used when composing a new message.

Move Deleted Message To Trash
Switch on this option if you want all messages to be moved to the Trash folder first. This option is by default switched on. Leave off if you want all messages to be deleted immediately.

Forward Messages As Text
This option will make all your forwards to be included as texts. The forwarding will no more attach the previous message but will place the text instead.

Messages
Indicates the number of messages that can be displayed on a single page. If the number of messages exceeds this limit a list of links will appear at the bottom of the message list, by which you can fast change to another field of messages.

Refresh Interval
When in the Get Messages page Web Mail will automatically try to fetch new messages in the given intervals.

Personalities
Indicates that this account has multiple personalities. When sending a message you can choose which personality will send the message. A new From field will appear on the Write Mail page. The syntax of the Personalities field is an e-mail list separated by semicolon:

Web Mail Layout
IceWarp Web Mail has several layouts you can use. Select the layout and click save.

Web Mail Language
IceWarp Web Mail has a support for multiple languages. Select the language you want and click save.


Auto Responder
Lets you specify your auto responder message. This message will be sent to all users when sent a message to your account.


Forwarder
Specifies another e-mail address to forward all messages when received by this account.


Account Password
Specifies the password for the account login name.

Mail Server Host
Specifies the mail server host name for the server where the messages are kept. This can be either a POP3 server or an IMAP4 server. If you need to specify the port for the server you have to use the ":" character. If you want to specify an IMAP4 server you have to include the "," character at the end of the host name following with the mailbox name on the IMAP4 server. See the examples:

mail.domain.com - standard POP3 server
mail.domain.com:143 - standard POP3 server on the port 143
mail.domain.com:143,INBOX - IMAP4 server on the port 143 with the INBOX mailbox

Mail Server User
This string specifies the user name for the mail server.

Mail Server Password
The password for the user to the mail server.

Leave Messages On Server
When this option is switched on, all messages will be kept on the mail server and will not be deleted.

Delete Messages From Server When Deleted Locally
When the option Leave Messages On Server is checked and this option is checked as well, messages will be kept on the server and will be deleted from the server when deleted in Web Mail.

Delete Messages When Deleted From Server
When the option Leave Messages On Server is checked and this option is checked as well, messages previously received by Web Mail and then deleted by a different mail client on the server will be automatically deleted from web mail.

Full Name
Specifies the full name of the owner of this account. This name will be used in the e-mail addresses.

e-mail Address
Specifies the e-mail address of the owner of the account.

Reply To Address
Specifies the Reply To: e-mail address of the owner of the account. This property can be either empty and Reply To header will not be used or can be filled with an e-mail address.

Show Full Headers
This option is for clients who want to see all the headers of the message.

Number Of Attachments
The number of input controls for attachments on the Compose mail page.
